If you take the CME alongside PTC 2019-20, it is an additional £1,000. If you are interested in taking the CME, please tick the CME box on the application form. You will not need to make a final decision until November. 

The Certificate of Professional Development

If you enrol on the PTC but would prefer to not to undertake the written assignments, you can take the Certificate of Professional Development. Still attending all course days, including the final performance day in June, but with no written work to submit. If it is a possibility, please tick the CoPD box on the application form. You will not need to make a final decision until November. 


EPTA UK offers limited bursaries through the Mark Ray Memorial Fund, to those who need financial support to help towards the course fee. Although priority is given to EPTA members, applications are welcome from non-members.

The closing date for Bursary applications is Monday 17th June 2019. The decision will be made during the following week and announced on 27th June.
Please note that the form is in Word, to enable you to fill it out on-line, rather than by hand. 

Terms and conditions

  • The course management reserves the right NOT to refund any or part of the course fees to individuals unable to fulfil the attendance requirement of the course
  • The applicant agrees to email a copy of their Grade 8 piano certficate to the PTC Administrator
